A Pennsylvania man was charged with DUI after arguing over buying more alcohol in Trigg County Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to the area of US 68 and Interstate 24 for Darash Miller who had been arguing with clerks at two gas stations over buying alcohol.
He reportedly crossed the four-lane highway several times on foot and was stumbling while crossing the road.
Deputies say they took Miller to a local hotel to sleep off the alcohol and he then returned to his vehicle and was seen by deputies driving after receiving another complaint of him crossing the highway again.
He was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI.
