Last week, President Biden signed the PACT Act- legislation that will expand benefits for veterans exposed to toxic substances during their service.
The bipartisan bill is a historic expansion and will help millions of veterans. Steve Darnall with Trigg County VFW Post 7890 says the organization will be helping veterans register for the program in September.
