Man Served Warrants For Theft And Fleeing From Police

A man was served several warrants Saturday morning at the Christian County Jail in connection to a pursuit and a stolen vehicle last year.

Hopkinsville Police say on July 23, 2021, 33-year-old Patrick Boston fled from Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies when they attempted to stop him for speeding.

He reportedly swerved in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed before wrecking his vehicle on Greenville Road and fleeing on foot. Inside his vehicle, they allegedly found ecstasy and a loaded handgun.

In a separate incident, on September 1, 2021, Boston reportedly took a 2016 Ford F250 valued at $40,000 that was left running outside the Circle K on Lafayette Road.

Boston was served a total of three warrants for charges of probation violation, first-degree fleeing or evading police, theft by unlawful taking, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
