A Christian County man was charged after a high-speed pursuit on Pennyrile Parkway Saturday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop 23-year-old Shane Defevers at the 22-mile marker and he fled at speeds of over 100 mph before coming to a stop.
Defevers stopped around the 16-mile marker and was taken into custody and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, speeding, and DUI.
