$143K Goal For The Y Annual Campaign

With an eye toward future improvements and growing programs, the Hopkinsville-Christian County YMCA is kicking off its annual fundraising campaign.

At the Annual Meeting Thursday night, outgoing Chief Volunteer Officer Sandy Grogan handed the gavel over to incoming CVO Bennett Greene.

Greene says she looks forward to serving and has set two goals for the year. The first being increased social media presence.

click to download audioThe Annual Campaign is accepting pledges through April 30th. At the meeting, President and CEO, Sheryl Ellis named the 2022 Coach of the Year – Peyton Crump, who was busy coaching a Y basketball team, the 2022 Volunteer of the Year – Annie Bingham, and the 2022 Role model of the Year – Brandy Hale.
