The annual African American Heritage Breakfast will be back ‘Stronger Than Before.’
Reverend Lisa Balboa, Pastor of Freeman Chapel C.M.E. Church, tells the News Edge this will be the 27th time the breakfast has been held. The event will take place Saturday morning, February 25, at 8:00, at the James E. Bruce Convention Center.
The breakfast will feature Kentucky Senator Gerald A. Neal, of Louisville.
Balboa says tickets are still available for the breakfast.
The breakfast will be held by the local Modernette Civic Club, which Balboa says is a community-minded civic group.
Music during the breakfast will be played by Men 2 Be.
