A vacant mobile home on Old Dover Road was destroyed in by fire Monday afternoon.
Linton Fire Department Chief Jason Porter says approximately 10 acres of forest along with a vacant single-wide trailer burned in the fire. No one was injured in the fire and the cause has not been determined.
Linton was assisted by South Road and East Golden Pond Fire Departments along with the Kentucky Division of Forestry.
