The Christian County Coroner’s Office has released the name of a Hopkinsville man that died at the hospital after a shooting on Foxfield Road Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say an altercation between two armed brothers led to shots fired and 46-year-old Joshua Wiley being shot in the chest multiple times.
Wiley was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health where he later died.
Police say they are talking with the shooter but it is possible it was self-defense but at this time the investigation is ongoing.
