A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged after an incident involving a handgun on Greenville Road Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 38-year-old Julian Bell pointed a gun out the window of his vehicle at another driver while his two-year-old child was in the car.
Julian Bell and 27-year-old Lacy Bell were both arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse. Julian Bell was also charged with second-degree wanton endangerment.
