An Oak Grove man has been charged with murder after a shooting on New Gritton Avenue in Oak Grove Sunday morning.
Oak Grove Police say 60-year-old Rodolfo Amaya shot 43-year-old Dante Welch, who was inside his own car with his child during the altercation. Welch was pronounced dead at the scene by the Christian County Coroner’s Office.
Amaya was taken into custody and charged with murder and first-degree wanton endangerment.
