The calendar shows we are entering spring, but winter is not wanting to let go, just yet.
Weather Edge forecaster David Powell says after Monday night’s low around 30-degrees, we may begin to see a warm-up.
By Tuesday afternoon, some rain showers will begin to move through, and we’ll see a high nearing 60. Tuesday night into Wednesday rain will start-up.
On Thursday, a cold frontal boundary will creep across the region and bring with it some heavy rainfall.
A few severe thunderstorms remain possible Thursday night into Friday. By the weekend, sunshine will prevail with a high Saturday around 60, and Sunday above 70.
