Florence Quarles Poindexter, 68, of Christian County, passed on Monday, April 3, 2023.
She was a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church, where she served on the Usher Ministry, Pastor’s Aide Ministry, and Culinary Arts Ministry. Florence enjoyed watching television, talking to neighbors, doing crossword puzzles, and babysitting kids.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Wayne Quarles, Lois Quarles, and Cheyenne Finch.
Survivors include her Siblings; Harvey (Penny) Quarles, Elizabeth Quarles, and Anissa Finch; a host of nieces and nephews
Services will be Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 12:00 at Gamble Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the New Asia Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11:00 to 12:00 at Gamble Funeral Home.
