A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary after a disturbance at Woodland Heights Apartments on Greenville Road Monday.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say Karl Lofton repeatedly kicked the front door to the apartment until he was able to force his way inside.
He was allegedly found by law enforcement sitting on the couch inside the apartment.
Lofton was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
