An Oak Grove man has been indicted in connection to a fatal shooting on New Gritton Avenue last month.
On Friday, the Christian County Grand Jury indicted 60-year old Rodolfo Paz Amaya on one count of murder and one count of first-degree wanton endangerment in the shooting death of 43-year old Dante Welch on March 5th.
Oak Grove police said Amaya shot Welch during an altercation while Welch and his child were inside his own vehicle.
Amaya was arrested and lodged in the Christian County Jail.
