Deputies have released the name of a Christian County man that was injured in a wreck on Pennyrile Parkway Monday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a van driven by Jeremy Haddock was southbound when a problem with a tire caused the vehicle to hit a trailer and a truck on the side of the road. Haddock was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville for head injuries.
The crash happened 2 miles north of the Kentucky 1682 exit just before 1 p.m.
