A tractor-trailer fire in Christian County led to the eastbound lanes of Interstate 24 being temporarily blocked Saturday morning.
Christian County emergency personnel say firefighters were called just before 5 am for a tractor-trailer with its rear wheels on fire at the 84-mile marker.
When firefighters arrived part of the trailer was engulfed in flames and two more fire departments were called to help extinguish the fire.
No one was injured in the fire and the roadway was blocked for several hours.
