Funeral services for 71-year-old Diane Waldrop Futrell, of Hopkinsville, will be 2 PM Sunday at Goodwin Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Trigg Memory Acres.
Visitation will be after 4 PM Saturday.
Survivors include:
Husband of 53 years, Jimmy Futrell, of Hopkinsville;
Son, Kelvin (Jackie) Futrell, of Cadiz;
Daughter, Teresa (Josh) Bailey, of Hopkinsville;
Mother-in-law, Vivian Futrell, of Cadiz;
Brother – John Allen (Christi) Waldrop, Hopkinsville, KY
Three sisters, Linda (Ronnie) Mason, Mary (Charles) Price and Edith Morris, all of Hopkinsville;
And five grandchildren.
Futrell died at 8:18 AM, Thursday, June 22, 2023 at her home in Hopkinsville.
Born July 4, 1951, in Christian County, she was the daughter of the late John Albert Waldrop and Sarah Luttrull Waldrop.
She was retired from Flynn Enterprises where she worked as an inspector for a number of years.
She was a member of Locust Grove Baptist Church in Trigg County. She enjoyed traveling, refinishing furniture, antiquing with her sisters, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
