A Hopkinsville man was charged Sunday morning with human trafficking after he allegedly met up with a teenager and offered her drugs and money for sexual activity.
Hopkinsville Police say between November and April 24-year-old Dakota Walker subjected a teenager a 16-year-old to commercial sexual activity. He reportedly contacted the juvenile on Snapchat and asked for sexual performances on FaceTime and met up with the juvenile in person and offered money, narcotics, and alcohol in exchange for sex.
Police say Walker urged the girl to sneak out of her house and would transport her to his home or a parking lot for sex and tried to get her to recruit her friend for sexual acts together offering $700 in exchange.
He was arrested Sunday and charged with human trafficking and promoting human trafficking.
