An Oak Grove man was charged with wanton endangerment after he reportedly fired his gun inside his home on Azalea Drive Monday night.
Oak Grove Police say they were called to the area for a report of a shot fired and 29-year-old Bradley Simmons exited the home stating he fired one round into the floor seeking attention.
He reportedly had the odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath and was crying and talking over law enforcement.
The handgun was located and Simmons was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, using restricted ammo during a felony (shot fired, no injury), and first-degree wanton endangerment.
