Graveside services for 79-year-old Leon “Scroggs” Weaver of Aurora, will be Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Ferguson Springs Cemetery in Aurora.
Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz is in care of arrangements.

Leon “Scroggs” Weaver passed away at 11:09 AM, Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Baptist Health in Paducah
A Between the Rivers native, he was born March 19, 1944, in Golden Pond, Kentucky, the son of the late Wilson Weaver and the late Dona Higgins Weaver.
He was retired from Kenlake State Resort Park, in Aurora, where he worked in maintenance for many years.
“Scroggs”, as he was known to family and friends, was an ingenious handyman who was skilled at tinkering with anything and everything. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors, especially fishing and hunting.
