Hopkinsville Police investigated a burglary Tuesday night at an Oak Tree Villa Drive Apartment.
Jerimie Smith told police the female suspect used a hammer to break into his apartment around 11:00. Nothing was reported taken in the burglary which remains under investigation by police.
