The Kentucky Ag Matters podcast podcast that is hosted by Agriculture Extension Agents Jay Stone, David Fourqurean, and Vicki Shadrick is a finalist for a national award.
Stone, who is the agriculture extension agent in Hopkins County, said
Co-host David Fourqurean says it is an honor to be nominated for the award.
Stone says the podcast was started to help inform the agriculture community.
The awards ceremony is taking place Tuesday, August 15, at the National Association of County Agriculture Extension Agents meeting in Des Moines, Iowa.
