A Cadiz man was charged with violating an emergency protective order on Gresham Road in Trigg County Wednesday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say after being served an emergency protective order 35-year-old Patrick Borum would not let them enter the home to get the child listed on the order.
He was reportedly tased twice before he started following the deputy’s commands.
He was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and violation of a Kentucky emergency protective order.
