Joy Closet Sets $300,000 Fundraising Goal

Foster parents and Department for Community Based Services workers agree that Joy Closet is making a positive impact. At Tuesday night’s Annual Dinner, Todd County Social Worker, Dominic Stewart told the crowded room that she was ready to quit until she found Joy Closet.
