Authorities have released the name of a Cadiz man that was killed in an RV fire on North Rocky Ridge Road in Cadiz Wednesday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says they were called for a report of smoke coming from the RV and then an explosion.
Acree says 65-year-old Kenneth McDonald was found deceased inside the RV from what appeared to be smoke inhalation.
McDonald was identified by the Trigg County Coroner’s Office after his next of kin was notified.
Firefighters from Montgomery and Cadiz Fire Departments were called to help in extinguishing the fire.
The fire is being investigated by Detective Shawn Young.
