Funeral Services for 79-year-old Marie Evelyn Johnson Morris of Cadiz will be Sunday, October 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at King’s Funeral Home with Bro. Phil Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Joiners Chapel Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at King’s Funeral Home.

Marie Evelyn Johnson Morris was born in Cadiz, KY on April 21, 1944 to Roy and Evelyn Boren Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, W.C. Johnson, and two sisters, Joyce Johnson and Christine Stoddard.
She passed away Thursday, October 5, 2023, at Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Princeton, KY.
Marie was a homemaker and had worked at Trigg Knit Hosiery Mill and attended the Bumpus Mills Church of Christ.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
