A wreck on US 68 in Trigg County sent one person to the hospital Thursday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says just before 9 a.m. a car was westbound when the driver swerved to avoid a deer, causing the vehicle to run off the road at the intersection with Blue Springs Road.
A passenger in the vehicle was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for minor injuries.
The crash is being investigated by Deputy Joe Witherspoon.
