Pursuit Ends With Arrest Of Clarksville Man

A Clarksville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after a traffic stop on West 9th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 43-year-old Brandon Rhodes for not having insurance and he briefly stopped twice then pulled away before stopping in the Justice Center parking lot and parking his vehicle.

Police say Rhodes told them he didn’t see their emergency lights. He was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police, operating on a suspended or revoked license, and failure to maintain required insurance.
