A Hopkinsville man has been charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area of Poplar Street Saturday afternoon for the report of a disturbance involving 47-year-old Jason Killebrew, who was attempting to fight another man.
During the investigation, it was found that Killebrew was non-compliant with the sex offender registry and he was arrested and charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration.
