Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man who was taken to the hospital after a wreck on McLean Avenue in Hopkinsville Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say just after 9 p.m. 61-year-old Jeffery Maxie had a medical issue causing him to lose control of the vehicle he was driving and it to run off the road and hit a house.
He was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
