The Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library is helping you get your Thanksgiving menu ready, especially if you’re looking to add a new dish to your table this year.
Communication Outreach Director Mari-Alice Jasper organized the Cookbook Sampler program, which was held on Thursday, November 9. Jasper said the program was based on cookbooks available in their non-fiction section.
She added the event served as a chance to reach out to the 25 to 45-year-old group, who do not utilize the library on a regular basis.
Another highlight of the event, showcasing how you can use ingredients created locally.
You can visit the library at 1101 Bethel Street in Hopkinsville between 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, to explore their resources and get inspired for your Thanksgiving feast.
