A Hopkinsville man was charged after he failed to stop for law enforcement in Oak Grove Friday night.
Oak Grove Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Andreis Brown and he fled into Tennessee but was later located in Oak Grove.
He was arrested and charged with speeding 26 mph over the limit, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating on a suspended revoked license, second-degree wanton endangerment, and failure to wear a seat belt.
