A report of shots fired on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville led to six juveniles being detained Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they received a report of shots fired from the area of Burger King. After talking with witnesses, police found six juveniles who were staying alone in the Clarion Pointe hotel. Witnesses told police the juveniles ran into the building after the shots were fired.
The juveniles were reportedly found to have two BB guns that resembled real guns and one actual firearm in the hotel room.
All six juveniles were detained and taken to the Hopkinsville Police Department for questioning. Police say no one has been charged at this time.
