The Christian County Grand Jury returned several indictments Friday on charges of wanton endangerment, burglary, child abuse and various other offenses.
A true-bill was returned on Jason Emmanual Bartee, of Oak Grove, on charges of third-degree attempted sodomy, first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, illegal sexual activity victim under 18 years old, and two counts of third-degree sodomy. According to the indictment, Bartee allegedly engaged in deviate sexual intercourse with a 16-year old boy.
A true-bill was returned on Michael Jared James Curry, of Oak Grove, on one count of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12 years old. Curry is accused of hitting and injuring an 8-month-old child who was taken by private vehicle to the hospital on October 24 to be checked out.
Gregory Tyrone Harris, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. The indictment alleges Harris wantonly engaged in conduct on October 13 which created a substantial risk of death or serious injury to individuals and a minor.
Eric Blane, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing from police in a vehicle, first-degree fleeing from police on foot, reckless driving and a couple of traffic-related offenses. The charges stem from October 18 when Hopkinsville Police attempted to stop Blaine on East 21st Street for his trunk being open causing his vehicle registration plate to be unreadable. However, police said he fled and led officers on a pursuit.
A true-bill was returned on Crystal Dawn Haddock, city at large, on a charge of third-degree burglary from October 24 when, according to the indictment, she unlawfully entered the Dollar General at 1536 East 7th Street with the intent to commit a crime.
George Stephen Hagenbuch, IV, of Clarksville, Tennessee, was indicted on a single count of theft by unlawful taking over $10,000. The indictment alleges on May 6 Hagenbuch stole a trailer and outdoor equipment valued over $21,000 from an individual.
The grand jury indicted Christopher Jaerliae Boyd, of Hopkinsville, on charges of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by deception over $1,000 under $10,000. Boyd is accused of possessing 22 counterfeit $100 bills that he used to purchase a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo from an individual on September 23.
A true bill was returned on Quandarrius D’Vorance Hodge, of Hopkinsville, for his third offense of driving on a DUI-suspended license on September 29.
Brian Allen Carter, of Russellville, was indicted on charges of theft of an auto, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and no motorcycle operator’s license. Carter is accused of taking a Harley Davidson motorcycle on October 28 that belonged to another individual.
The grand jury indicted Tapaulda Dalogus Hancock, of Pembroke, for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance over 10 dosage units, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and careless driving on October 5th.
Imani Zhane Farrow, of Hopkinsville, was indicted on charges of first-degree promoting contraband and possession of marijuana. On October 19, according to the indictment, Farrow possessed a quantity of marijuana at the Christian County Jail.
