A Hopkinsville man was charged with criminal abuse after an argument between him and his girlfriend on Summerset Place Sunday night
Hopkinsville Police say 33-year-old Joshua Yayes choked and threatened to kill a woman while she was holding their child during a fight over putting the child to bed.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse, first-degree strangulation, and fourth-degree assault domestic violence.
