James Freddie Henderson, 70, of Christian County, died at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville with Bro. Steve Clark officiating. Burial will follow in New Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Hopkinsville is in charge of the arrangements.
A native of Christian County, KY he was born October 19, 1953, the son of the late George Franklin Henderson and Lonnie Mae Alder Henderson. He was a retired farmer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: Eddie Henderson, Donnie Henderson, and Mike Henderson; and a sister: Destal Henderson.
Survivors include his son: James Franklin (Frances) Henderson of Hopkinsville, KY; his brothers: Gerald (Roberta) Henderson of Crofton, KY, David Henderson of Madisonville, KY, and Terry Henderson of Hopkinsville, KY; his sisters: Elizabeth Henderson of Hopkinsville, KY, Betty Davis of Crofton, KY, Vivian Henderson of Hopkinsville, KY, and Penny (Mitch) Nash of Louisville, KY; and his two grandchildren: Macy Leigh Henderson and Kynlee Shay Henderson.
