Authorities have located a woman who was wanted on several warrants including cruelty and torture of animals Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say Nastacha Moore was arrested on six active warrants on charges including torture of a dog/cat with serious physical injury or death, second-degree cruelty to animals, failure to pay child support, failure to appear, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance and probation violation.
Moore was featured on the Hopkinsville Police Department fugitive of the week Monday.
