A Hopkinsville woman was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Greenville Road Saturday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped 42-year-old Amber Garrett for her license plate not being illuminated in the area of Cave Run Drive and could smell the odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle.
She reportedly admitted to smoking earlier in the day and was found to have meth and a glass pipe in her pocket.
She was arrested and charged with rear license not illuminated, no registration receipt, and possession of meth.
