The Christian County Grand Jury returned multiple indictments Friday including on charges of burglary and rape.

A true bill was returned on Jacoreyon Sivils, of Hopkinsville, on one count of first-degree rape. He’s accused of forcing a victim, identified only by initials in the indictment, to have sexual intercourse with him on December 23.

A true bill was returned on Tosha Harris, of Hopkinsville, on charges of burglary and criminal mischief. She is accused of breaking into a home on Henderson Drive on December 19 after she broke out two windows. She then allegedly started throwing things, pushed a woman and yelled at a man inside the home who was Harris’s husband. Hopkinsville Police reported that blood and broken glass were found in the home.

Separate true bills were returned on Charles McCord, Christopher Powell and Marla Reed, all of Hopkinsville, and Curtis Killebrew of Lafayette, each charged with complicity to burglary second degree.

The trio were arrested after Hopkinsville Police said a burglary investigation revealed they had taken items from a home on Western Hill Boulevard.

Additionally, Killebrew was indicted on charges of license to be in possession, failure to maintain required insurance and improper display of registration plate.

A true bill was returned on Gregory Barnett, of Hopkinsville, on one count of receiving stolen property of $10,000 or more. The indictment alleges on November 6, Barnett was in possession of a black trailer, a spool of wire, and tools belonging to 5 Star Electric, knowing that they were stolen.
