Trigg County Schools officials Friday morning named Erin Eagleson their new principal for the remodeled Career and Technical Education School.
Since 2019, he has served as the district’s director of transportation, and prior to that was Trigg County High School’s vice principal for seven years.
He has more than 20 years of experience in education, with “a passion for helping students succeed.”
As principal, Eagleson will oversee the implementation of CTE programming, which will prepare students for high-demand careers in healthcare, engineering and information technology. And these programs will provide students with hands-on training, industry certification and real-world experience — all valuable assets when seeking a competitive edge in the country’s job market.
