A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly ran from police on Susan Avenue Friday.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for someone sleeping on the property and located 27-year-old Jashawn Kidd who got up and fled from law enforcement.
He was arrested after a short foot pursuit and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
