Ms. Alicia Sue Church Fuller, age 40 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Thursday, March 14th at Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.
Alicia was born August 24, 1983, in Mesa, Arizona the daughter of Bret Michael Church and Avanell Louise Purtee.
She was a member of Kelly Baptist Church. She loved her family, and animals and enjoyed working on cars and anything mechanical.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bret Church; a sister, Alexa Coleman and maternal grandparents, Robert and Marigrace Purtee. She is survived by her mother, Avanell Purtee of Hopkinsville; three sons, Corbin Hulsey, Mason Hulsey, and Maverick Fuller all of Hopkinsville; two sisters, Alena Monday and Alaecia Latham both of Hopkinsville; a grandson, Adler Hulsey of Hopkinsville and paternal grandparents, James Church and Kenna Weaver both of Arizona.
The family chose cremation. There will be a visitation with the family to celebrate Alicia’s life on Friday, March 22nd from 2:00 until 5:00 at the Clayton’s Building, 119 E. 9th Street, Hopkinsville with a prayer by Cordell Douglas. There will be a private Celebration of Life Service.
