The League of Women Voters Primary Election Debates wrapped up Thursday night with Hopkinsville City Council Ward 12 Incumbent Matthew Handy and challenger Elizabeth Draude. They discussed planning and zoning, different initiatives, public interaction, downtown development, and public transportation.
Handy says public transportation is a growing need in the community.
