A Clarksville man was charged after he was found in the parking lot of his ex-girlfriend’s work on Crenshaw Boulevard Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 39-year-old Phillip Shearon who was in the parking lot after he had already been given a trespass warning.
He reportedly claimed he was there to propose to his ex-girlfriend whom he had been given a trespass warning for her home in Clarksville.
Police say he was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, his pants were unzipped, and urine was on his motorcycle.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree stalking, third-degree criminal trespassing, and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
