Details have been released about a wreck on Country Club Lane in Hopkinsville that sent a Murray woman to the hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a southbound car driven by 39-year-old Kristin Thomas was stopped at the stop light for Canton Pike when a vehicle driven by 47-year-old Fredrick Tandy of Hopkinsville collided with the back of it.
Tandy reportedly backed up hit Thomas’s car again then pulled up next to her before leaving the area and asked if they were good.
Thomas was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
Tandy was located on Seminole Avenue and Police say he was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with DUI third offense and leaving the scene of an accident.
