Ruff Park will be filled with racers and their families on Saturday during the 18th annual Hopkinsville Soapbox Derby.
This will be the first year the Hopkinsville Soapbox Derby will be under the direction of a newly formed foundation organized after the Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club decided to step away from the event. Foundation member Annie Catron says there is quite a bit of excitement surrounding this year’s event.
