Funeral services for 83-year-old Connie Rhea Woosley Brown, of Hopkinsville, will be 1 PM Saturday at Sinking Fork Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the Sinking Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Friday at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home, and from 11 AM until the service hour at the church.
Survivors include:
Her son, John A. Brown (Raquel), of Hopkinsville;
Her daughter, Leigh Anne Smith (Lee), of Hopkinsville;
Her sister, Faye Ferrell (Paul), of Hopkinsville;
Her brothers and sister-in-laws, Rose George, of Missouri, Kay Smithson, of Herndon, Judy Allen (David), of Pembroke, Pam Hensley (Joe), of Kansas, Paulette Brown, of Hopkinsville, Terri Wells (Mike), of Hopkinsville, Floyd Brown (Louise), of Hopkinsville, Larry Joe Brown of Herndon;
Her grandchildren, Duncan Smith (Sydney), Caleb Brown, Justin Brown, Jared Pogue, all of Hopkinsville, and Amber Jones (Austin), of California;
Her great-grandchild, Emmalia Jones, of California;
And numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She died Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee, of natural causes.
She was born January 30, 1941, in Hopkinsville, to the daughter of late Virgil Warfield and Mabel Lee Wright Woosley.
She had worked as a secretary in the Pathology department at Jennie Stuart for more than 39 years. She was a member of Sinking Fork Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny James Brown in 2001; her son, James Wesley Brown in 1966, her brother, James “Jim” Woosley, her brother-in-law, Eugene Brown; and her sister-in-law, Marilyn Arnett.
