A man was charged with drug possession after being arrested on a warrant in the area of Bethel Street Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old William Schultz Jr. was found to have a warrant for failure to appear while officers were conducting an extra watch in the area of the Hopkinsville Greenway Rail Trail.
During the arrest, he was reportedly found to have pipes, syringes, and meth.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
