Deputies have released the names of two people injured in a wreck on Dawson Springs Road Tuesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a southbound truck driven by 58-year-old Robert Hamilton of Hopkinsville that was on Dawson Springs Road collided with a westbound truck driven by 19-year-old Lucas Hale of Cerulean that was pulling a trailer on Kentucky 1682 / Eagle Way.
The collision sent one of the trucks off the road and into a utility pole.
Hamilton and his passenger 61-year-old Elizabeth Rosenberger were injured with Hamilton going to Jennie Stuart Health by ambulance and Rosenberger being taken to a waiting helicopter that transferred her to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
