Hopkinsville High School went 1-9 last season but has lots of experience returning with 16 starters back in the lineup.
Former assistant Dustin Lopez takes over as head coach of the Tigers this season. He says Hoptown has the talent to bounce back in a big way this season.
Lopez spoke to area media Saturday during High School Football Media Day at the Planters Bank-Jennie Stuart Health Sportsplex in Hopkinsville.
